Tip:
Insert
a
CD
which
you
know
very
well
if
you
want
to
adjust
the
equalizer.
First,
set
the
bass,
treble,
balance,
and
fad-
er
to
zero.
For
equalizer
settings, first
change
the
settings
of
the
mid-frequen-
cies,
followed
by
those
for treble
and
finally
bass.

Notes:
•
Only
one
sound
preset
can
be
switched
on
at
any
time.
To
activate
no
sound
preset,
switch
off
the
cur-
rently
switched-on
sound
preset.
•
To
obtain
a
perfect
sound,
the
preset-
tings
can
be
supplemented
further
by
the
equalizer
settings
according
to
personal
preferences.
If
you
change
the
level
setting
for
bass,
treble
or
middle,
the
selected
sound
preset
is
switched
off
in
the
menu;
but
the
oth-
er
level
settings
of
the
sound
preset
are
retained.

Equalizer
settings
Your
device
features
a
digital
3-band
equal-
izer.
It
allows
you
to
adjust
the
sound
to
your
vehicle
and
your personal
preferences
and
eliminate
problems,
such
as
droning
or
poor
voice
comprehension.
The
following
table
shows
the
expanded
setting
options
for
bass
(EBASS),
treble
(ETREBLE),
middle
(EMIDDLE)
and
X-Bass
(EXBASS)
that
can
be
performed
in
the
Enhanced
Audio
menu.
Note:
The
table
does
not
contain
all
the
set-
tings
that
are
possible
in
the
Enhanced
Audio
menu.
