Warranty
Blast Zone® warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days, and blowers for 1 year, from the original date
of purchase. Blast Zone®, at its sole discretion will repair or replace your item with the same item or an item of equal or greater value. Most
problems can quickly be resolved by writing or e-mailing the contacts listed below. Replacements may require up to 4 weeks for delivery. This
warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, extreme weather conditions or abuse. DO NOT RETURN TO STORE. Please
contact us for instructions.

In some circumstances, the retailer’s warranty may take precedent over the manufacturer’s warranty. In these circumstances, you may be
required to contact your Blast Zone® retailer.

Vortex International Enterprises or any of its subsidiaries may not be held liable for any breach of contract, fiduciary duty, negligence, negligent design, negligent
manufacturing, failure to warn for defects in design, materials or workmanship, under any statute, consumer protection legislation, or any regulations passed
there under, or for absolutely any other potential cause of action or absolutely any other basis upon which liability may otherwise be found, is strictly limited,
without exception, to repair or replacement of the product, at our sole discretion. In no way shall Vortex be responsible for incidental, consequential, resultant or
contingent damages of absolutely any type, whatsoever, whether these damages were caused or incurred by our breach of contract or negligence or by any other cause whatsoever. If
any part of this warranty, exclusion, disclaimer and limitation of liability clause is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceable provision will
attach only to such provision or part thereof and the remaining part of such provision and all other provision will continue in full force and effect. Vortex reserves the right to change or modify
this product within reason without notice, and without obligation to modify existing products.
