3. Scope of the warranty
The manufacturer will correct the defects
claimed at their own discretion and their
own cost by repair (material and labour) or
by supplying new or reconditioned parts.
Removed defective parts become the prop-
erty of the manufacturer. The customer
must hand in the product together with the
original proof of purchase to an authorised
dealer for warranty work to be carried out.

Warranty work does not give rise to an ex-
tension or renewal of the warranty period
for the installed spare parts. The warranty
period for installed spare parts ends with the
warranty period for the overall optics.
The guarantee is subject to the laws of Ger-
many.
4. Warranty exclusion
Claims under this warranty are expressly
excluded in the following cases:
f If the product shows signs of damage or
wear, caused by use deviation from the
normal intended use and the specifica-
tions of the manufacturer (in accordan-
ce with the user manual).
f If the product has characteristics that
allow the conclusion that repairs or
other interventions have been underta-
ken by repair shops not authorised by
the manufacturer.
f If repairs, machining or changes to the
product have been carried out by third
parties.
f If accessories not authorised by the
manufacturer have been installed in the
product.
f If the fabrication number has been re-
moved or made illegible.
f In the event of damage as a consequen-
ce of normal wear, in case of disregard
of the operating instructions or impro-
per use or handling and if the product
is damaged mechanically, in no matter
what way.
f Damage due to force majeure or env-
ironmental effects.
The warranty does not apply to optical tar-
get equipment and mounting of riescopes
of any manufacturer other than Blaser
Jagdwaen GmbH. Further or other claims,
in particular claims for compensation for
damage that has occurred outside of the op-
tics (consequential damage), are excluded –
unless liability is obligated by law.
