Warranty terms and conditions
1. Guarantee
By purchasing this Blaser riescope, you
have acquired a product that has been pro-
duced and tested to particularly strict quality
guidelines. The statutory guarantee for this
product is 2 years from the date of sale by
an authorised dealer in accordance with the
following provisions:
1. During the guarantee period, complaints
due to production defects are corrected
free of charge and at our discretion by re-
pair, replacement of defective parts or ex-
change with a product of the same type in
perfect working order. Further claims of
any kind and for whatever legal reasons
relating to this guarantee are excluded.
2. Guarantee claims are invalid if the defect
concerned is due to improper handling –
which can also include the use of third
party accessories, due to intervention by
unauthorised persons and repair shops
or if the fabrication number has been
made illegible.
3. Guarantee claims can only be made by
submitting a receipt of purchase issued
by an authorised dealer.
If you wish to make a guarantee claim,
please send the Blaser product together
with the original copy of the receipt of pur-
chase and a description of the complaint to
the customer service department of Blaser
Jagdwaen GmbH or a national representa-
tion. The guarantee is subject to the laws of
Germany.
2. Additional product warranty
Blaser Jagdwaen GmbH warrants the
end user/consumer that, according to the
following provisions, the Blaser optics sup-
plied to the customer for use for hunting
purposes are free from mechanical defects
for a period of 10 years from the date of
sale (warranty period) and are free from
electronics defects for a period of 2 years.
The warranty issued by Blaser Jagdwaen
GmbH is made in addition to the statutory
warranty claims of the dealer, provided the
customer registers the product within 30
calendar days from the date of sale, online
at https://www.blaser.de/en/services/
product-registration. The warranty is only
guaranteed for the initial purchaser. If they
sell this product on to a third party within
the warranty period, this voluntarily issued
warranty no longer applies.
