Safety Rules and Instructions
for Use
Safety instructions
f Before starting work on the firearm
with the riflescope mounted, ensure
that the firearm is unloaded. Always
follow the safety rules for handling
the firearm, including when adjusting
the riflescope.
f Never look directly at the sun or strong
light sources through a rif lescope, as this
can lead to severe eye injuries.
f Ensure the correct distance between
the eye and the ocular, to avoid injury to
the eye due to recoil.
f Keep batteries and parts of the rifle-
scope out of the reach of children (risk
of swallowing).
f Do not expose the unprotected rifle-
scope to lengthy periods of direct sun-
light. The lenses can ac t like a magnif ying
glass and damage components inside or
in the surroundings outside of the rifle-
scope.
Disposal of waste electrical equipment
and batteries
Do not dispose of waste
electrical equipment
and batteries in the
household waste. Please
hand them in to your
local recycling centre.
Remove used batteries before disposing of
the equipment and hand in the batteries to a
shop or collection point. Batteries should be
fully discharged when disposed of.
