5.15. Interchangeable front bead
All F3 Competition models are delivered
with an exchangeable original HIVIZ
®
bead.
This bead was developed specially for Blaser
and through design is an integrated compo-
nent of the rib.
A red bead is installed on standard versions.
As an option, Blaser offers the HIVIZ
®
set
with five different beads in three different
colors and diameters, including a key to
change the bead.
Depending on light and visibility conditions
or color of the target, the correct bead can
be quickly fitted.
5.16. Trigger adjustment
The trigger can be adjusted according to
hand size or preference of the shooter
by moving the trigger blade forwards or
backwards.
Trigger adjustment
• Loosen the screw A with 1.5 mm
Allen Key.
• Move the trigger to desired position
(arrow).
• Tighten the screw A with 1.5 mm
Allen Key.
Push the supplied key in between the bead
and the spring.
Pull the bead backwards out of the holder.
Insert the desired bead into the holder,
inserting first the thin end into the front of
the holder and push to the back.
