Caratteristiche del cavo: Usare solo conduttore in rame dimensionato per l'amperaggio indicato sulla macchina e per funzionare minimo a 167°F (75°C).

N.B.: Per svuotare la vasca: spegnere la macchina agendo sull’interruttore ON/OFF 0-1 (vedi cap. 5), estrarre il troppopieno e lasciare la porta aperta, successivamente tenere premuto il pulsante 5 fino a svuotamento avvenuto.

IT SEZIONE A CURA DELL'UTENTE • Disporre nel cesto tutti i contenitori cavi, come tazze, bicchieri, etc, con l'apertura rivolta verso il basso. • Sistemare in posizione inclinata le stoviglie con incavi profondi, in modo che l'acqua possa defluire. • Assicurarsi che le stoviglie più piccole non cadano dai cesti. • Controllare che le giranti di lavaggio ruotino liberamente e non siano bloccate da stoviglie troppo alte o troppo sporgenti.
SEZIONE A CURA DELL'UTENTE IT 6.4 Rispetto delle norme di igiene - H.A.C.C.P. e NSF • • • • • • • • • Le macchine sono dotate di un indicatore temperatura (cap. 5) che si accende quando il boiler e la vasca hanno raggiunto la temperatura preimpostata (valori impostati dal fabbricante). Si raccomanda di attendere l'accensione dei questa spia prima di effettuare i l ciclo successivo. L'accensione della spia indica il raggiungimento della temperatura vasca (160°F - 71°C) e del risciacquo (185°F - 85°C).

MACHINE INSTALLATION 2.1 Receiving the machine After unpacking, make sure the machine has not been damaged during transportation. If so, do notify the seller immediately about the problem. If the damage might question the machine safety, do not install it.

Cable characteristics: Use copper cables only, correctly dimensioned for the amperage indicated on the machine and made to operate at minimum 167°F (75°C). 60Hz dedicated circuit must be used to supply electrical power to the dishmachines.
INSTALLER SECTION USA PROBLEMS CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS Water exits from the rinse aid suction tube. The suction valves 10805 and delivery do not seal due to foreign bodies in the closing seats. Clean the valves 10805, check that the rinse aid suction filter is present, and filter the water entering the dishwashwer. TECHNICAL DATA AND USEFUL INFORMATION ON PUMPS 4.1 Emptying pump (optional) MAX 31” (0,8m) When installing, pay particular attention to the position of the emptying tube (see pict. 3). N.B.: To empty the tub: turn off the appliance by means of the green 0-1 (see chap. 5), pull out the overflow tube and leave the door open. Then keep button 5 pressed until the tub is completely empty. During the wash/rinse cycle, excess water will automatically be drained. pict.

USA USER SECTION pict. 5 pict. 6 • Make sure that the dishes are placed in a stable position and that the empty containers (cups, glasses, bowls, etc.) do not turn upside down. • Place all the empty containers like cups, glasses, etc., upside down. • Place in tilted position the dishes with deep hollows, so that the water can drain. • Make sure that the smaller dishes do not fall from the baskets. • Check all the wash arms runs freely and they are not blocked by too tall or too prominent crockery.
USER SECTION USA 6.4 Compliance with hygiene regulations, H.A.C.C.P. and NSF • • • • • • • • • The machines are equipped with a temperature indicator (chap. 5) to indicate the boiler and tank temperature. Wait until the set temperatures are fully reached. The lighting of the light points out the attainment of the temperature of the tank (160°F - 71°C) and the rinsing (185°F 85°C). Verify that the pressure of the rinsing is between 15 and 25 Psi.
USA USER SECTION 8.2 Disposal The machine must be disposed of according to current regulations: contact the Municipalized Firm responsible for collection of urban solid waste. Before disposing of the appliance, disconnect all water and electrical connections. Cut the electrical cable in such a way as to prevent further use.
