A - 14 - 16 Nm (125 - 140 lbs/in) B - 10 - 11 Nm (90 - 100 lbs/in)
C - 9 - 10 Nm (80 - 90 lbs/in) D - 3.4 - 4.5 Nm (30 - 40 lbs/in)
E - 10 - 11 Nm (90 - 100 lbs/in)
