• Install the washer, propeller and
propeller nut onto the prop shaft as
shown.
One end of the prop shaft has
standard direction threads. The other
end, indicated with a notch, has reverse
threads.
• Setzen Sie die Unterlegscheibe, Propeller
und Propellermutter auf die Propellerwelle
wie abgebildet auf.
Ein Ende der Welle hat ein Standardgewinde,
das andere ein Linksgewinde. Dieses ist mit
einer Nut markiert.
• Installez la rondelle, l’hélice et l’écrou
d’hélice sur l’arbre d’hélice comme sur
l’illustration.
Une des extrémités de l’arbre d’hélice a un
fi letage standard. L’autre extrémité, marquée
d’une encoche, a un fi letage inversé.
• Installare la rondella, l’elica e il dado dell’elica
sull’albero dell’elica, come illustrato.

• Place the assembled prop shaft on top of the
arms of the stand as shown with the propeller
hanging over the edge of the work surface.
• The prop shaft will roll in the direction of the
heavy blade of the propeller, coming to rest
with the heavy blade at the bottom. It is best
to repeat this process with each blade facing
up, to accurately determine which blade is
heavy.
• Using a hobby knife, small fi le or sandpaper,
carefully remove material from the heavy
blade. Clean off any dust or shavings and
re-check the propeller for balance.
Remove only very small amounts of
material at a time.
• Continue checking and removing material
until the prop shaft does not roll in either
direction when placed on the stand.
An acurately balanced propeller will remain
stationary no matter which position it is
placed on the balancer.
• Setzen Sie die montierte Welle auf die
Oberseite des halters auf, so
dass sich der Propeller über der Kante
der Arbeitsplatte befi ndet.
• Die Propellerwelle rollt in die Richtung des
schweren Blattes bis dieses nach unten
zeigt. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang mit
jedem Blatt oben um sicher fest stellen zu
können welches Propellerblatt schwerer ist.
• Entfernen Sie mit einen Hobbymesser,
kleiner Feile oder Schleifpapier vorsichtig
etwas Material vom schweren Propellerblatt.
Entfernen Sie Staub oder Reste und prüfen
den Propeller erneut.
Entfernen Sie immer nur kleine Mengen
Material auf einmal.
• Fahren Sie fort mit mit dem entfernen und
prüfen der Propeller bis die Propellerwelle
unabhängig ihrer Position in keine Richtung
mehr rollt.
Ein vollständig gewuchteter Propeller bleibt
still stehen gleichgültig in welcher Position
er sich befi ndet.
• Placez l’arbre d’hélice assemblé sur les bras
du support comme sur l’illustration avec
l’hélice suspendue au dessus du bord de
votre surface de travail.
• L’arbre d’hélice va rouler dans la direction
de la pale la plus lourde de l’hélice,
s’arrêtant lorsque celle-ci est orientée en
bas. Il est recommandé de répéter ce pro-
cessus avec chaque pale d’hélice orientée
vers le haut afi n de bien déterminer quelle
pale est la plus lourde.
• A l’aide d’un cutter, d’une petite lime ou de
papier de verre, retirez délicatement de la
matière sur la pale d’hélice la plus lourde.
Nettoyez toutes traces de poussière ou ré-
sidus puis vérifi ez de nouveau l’équilibrage
de l’hélice. Retirez uniquement une petite
quantité de matière à la fois.
• Continuez de vérifi er et retirer de la
matière jusqu’à ce que l’hélice ne bouge
plus lorsqu’elle est sur le support. Une
hélice bien équilibrée reste immobile sur
le support, peu importe sa position sur
l’équilibrateur.
• Posizionare l’albero dell’elica assemblato

quella pesante.
• Rimuovere con attenzione del materiale dalla
pala pesante, usando un cutter da modellismo,
una limetta o un pezzo di carta abrasiva. Pulire
l’elica di eventuale polvere o altri residui e
controllare di nuovo il bilanciamento dell’elica.
Rimuovere solo poco materiale alla volta.
• Continuare a controllare e a rimuovere
materiale fi no a quando l’albero dell’elica
non rotola più in nessuna direzione quando
viene posizionato sul supporto. Un’elica
bilanciata accuratamente rimarrà sempre
ferma, indipendentemente dalla sua posizione
sul supporto.
The balancing stand must be level before use.
Vor dem Gebrauch des Ständers muß dieser gerade
ausgerichtet sein.
Le support d’équilibrage doit être de niveau avant
de pouvoir l’utiliser.

prima dell’uso.
• Place the stand near the edge of a hard,
relatively level surface.
• Turn the three leveling
screws up or down to
bring the bubble level
to center as
shown.
• Stellen Sie den Ständer an den Rand einer harten
relativ ebenen Unterlage.
• Drehen Sie die drei
Ausgleichsschrauben rein
oder raus um die Blase in
der Wasserwaage zu wie
abgebildet zu zentrieren.
• Placez le support au bord d’une surface

• Posizionare il supporto accanto ad
una superfi cie dura e abbastanza piana.
• Girare le tre viti di
livellamento in su o in giù
per centrare la livella a
bolla, come illustrato.
• Remove the protective fi lm
before assembly.
• Entfernen Sie vor der Montage
den Schutzfi lm.
• Retirez le fi lm de protection avant
l’assemblage.
• Rimuovere la pellicola di protezione
prima del montaggio.
• Double check the stand for level by placing the
prop shaft onto the stand. The prop shaft should
not roll in either direction if the stand is level.
• Prüfen Sie den Stand der Platte mit der eingelegten
Welle. Die Welle sollte sich von alleine nicht in eine
Richtung drehen wenn der Untergrund eben ist.
• Revérifi ez le niveau du support en plaçant l’arbre
d’hélice sur le support. L’arbre d’hélice devrait
rester immobile si le support est bien de niveau.
• Ricontrollare se il supporto risulta livellato, posi-
zionando l’albero dell’elica sul supporto. In caso
il supporto fosse livellato, l’albero dell’elica non
dovrebbe rotolare in nessuna direzione.
