[<message type (0-255)>] [<message code (0-255)>]
[tos {max-reliability|max-throughput|min-delay|normal|<0-7>}|
dscp <0-63>]
[priority <1-255>]
Permits ICMP traffic that matches the specified criteria.
Command mode: IP Extended ACL
