Saving the switch configuration from the active
configuration
To save the active switch configuration to a TFTP server follow the steps below. This example
assumes you have a TFTP server at 192.168.10.10.
1. Set the TFTP server address where the configuration file is saved:
Set agTftpServer.0 “192.168.10.10”
2. Set the name of the configuration file:
Set agTftpCfgFileName.0 “MyActiveConfig.cfg”
3. Initiate the transfer. To save a running configuration file, enter 13 (put config):
Set agTftpAction.0 “13”
4. Verify the transfer:
Get agTftpLastActionStatus.0
