apply Apply pending configuration changes.
save Write configuration changes to non-volatile flash memory.
revert Remove pending configuration changes between “apply” commands. Use
this command to remove any configuration changes made since last
apply.
revert apply Remove pending or applied configuration changes between “save
commands. Use this command to remove any configuration changes made
since last save.
exit or quit Exit from the command line interface and log out.
ping Use this command to verify station-to-station connectivity across the
network. The format is as follows:
ping <host name>|<IP address> [<tries (1-32)> [<msec delay>]]
[-ma|-mgta|-mb|mgtb|-d|-data]
Where IP address is the hostname or IP address of the device, tries
(optional) is the number of attempts (1-32), and msec delay (optional) is the
number of milliseconds between attempts.
By default, the -ma or -mgta option for management port A is used.
To use data ports, specify the -d or -data option.
The DNS parameters must be configured if specifying hostnames (see
“Domain Name System Configuration” on page 293).
traceroute Use this command to identify the route used for station-to-station
connectivity across the network. The format is as follows:
traceroute <host name>| <IP address> [<max-hops (1-16)>
[<msec delay>]]
Where IP address is the hostname or IP address of the target station,
max-hops (optional) is the maximum distance to trace (1-16 devices), and
delay (optional) is the number of milliseconds for wait for the response.
As with ping, the DNS parameters must be configured if specifying
hostnames.
pwd Display the command path used to reach the current menu.
