Hoops (Manual)
1) Open Hardware Configuration window.
2) Select the channels that need to be spike sorted.
1) Right click and choose Properties or click on the properties icon.
2) Choose “Hoops” from the spike-sorting drop down menu.
3) Open Single Neural Channel.
4) From the drop down menu choose the desired channel.
5) Make sure the unit icon is pressed down so you can see the units window.

6) Click on Define All button. A series of colored bars will appear on the spike panel.
7) Drag each colored bar out of its place. A car will appear.
8) Place them so that a group of spikes can go through them.
9) Repeat this process for all channels.
