THIS PLUG WILL FIT IN A 3-PIN OUTLET ONLY. NEVER USE WITH AN EXTENSION CORD UNLESS IT IS
DESIGNED FOR A 3-PIN PLUG.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take the table lamp out of the box. Plug it into the outlet box, and then the touch switch will
illuminate red.
2. Push down the center of the touch switch to turn on the lamp. The push switch will illuminate
green when the lamp is turned on. This is a three stage dimming lamp. For dimming function,
please press the center of the switch. The lamp will dim in steps; low, medium, high and off.
3. To turn off the light, push the center of switch through the step dimming sequences. When off,
the switch will illuminate red.
