User Guide If you can't update your version of BBM, in BBM, press the Get started key > Options > Back Up. Select a backup option. What if I have contacts on my SIM card? Your BlackBerry 10 device uses a micro SIM card. To get a micro SIM card for your device, contact your service provider. If you saved contacts to your old SIM card, to make sure those contacts aren't lost, you might need to copy those contacts to your old device before you back up your device data.

Scroll and move between items Slide your finger to scroll through a list, pan a webpage, or move between pictures. You can also slide your finger to view the home screen. For example, if you're looking at the BlackBerry Hub, you can slide your finger to the left to see the home screen and your minimized apps. Slide your finger to the left again to see all your apps.
