Navigator colors are off when resizing Discussion application
Open a discussion application, move the mouse pointer to drag and resize the navigator, and you will see
the following:

An incorrectly spelled word that contains an accented character is not flagged, and does not display the
Spell Check dialog for suggestions.

Install Notes 8 as a root user in a language locale, edit the
rcplauncher.properties
file, and add a
'#' character in front of the lines config.notes.7 and config.notes.8. If you then log out as root,
and log in as a new user to launch Notes, the Edit Locations menu is displayed instead of Online, and the
drop-down menu does not work.
