High Contrast mode is not automatically detected by Notes client
If a user selects a High Contrast theme in the System Control Center, the Notes client does not
automatically detect and use the high contrast resolution when running on SLED10.
To use the Notes client on Linux with high contrast, first select the high contrast theme in the System
Control Center. Then, from the Notes client, select File -> Preferences -> Windows and Themes. Select
'Operating System Theme' in the Theme drop-down list. Click Apply, OK. Exit and then restart the Notes
client.

Home page issues
Following are the issues using the Home page in the Notes client on Linux:
1.
An error message displays when loading a Home page that contains a web
page
2.
The message "Unable to load frame contain" displays if the Home page is created without the
Search and Launcher frame

Import Chinese characters from HTML fails
Importing from an HTML document with a Simplified Chinese character set, such as gb2312 and
gb18030, results in the Chinese characters becoming unreadable.

Import/Export French text to RTF fails
Copying French text and pasting it to the body of a message, then exporting that message to Microsoft
RTF format, unreadable characters will be exported. The reverse is also true, importing from RTF to
Notes.

Installation issues
Following are the installation issues using the Notes client on Linux:
1.
Installer halts at 7% for a long time
2.
Installer does not add product information to the RPM database
3.
There is no support for installing more than one instance of Notes on the same OS
4.
There is no support for incremental installation
5.
After upgrading the Notes client, the JVM directory does not give permission to "others".

Intermittent text displays when scrolling mouse
Open a document in Edit mode, and scroll the mouse wheel continuously. Note that text appears and
disappears as you are scrolling the mouse wheel.
