Frame should be invisible when deselecting Search , Launcher
If you choose the "Create a new Home Page button", select "My Work", click "Next" and, on the Basic tab,
deselect the "Search" and "Launcher" checkboxes, the Home page is created with a gray screen frame,
and a message "Unable to load frame's content: Unable to display element, database does not contain
design element".

Frame title may not display correctly
If you exit Notes with an application opened, and then restart Notes, the frame title may not be displayed
normally, and the frame size cannot be changed, as shown below:

The Help for Rich Text Lite fields does not work, and the "?" icon on the Mail view toolbar does not
function.
