Domino Designer

Java Reference tab cannot expand beyond Classes or Interfaces

The Domino Designer Java Reference tab listings cannot be expanded beyond the Class or Interface

level. If you click on the Reference tab, and expand the categories, you will see:

ava.applet

Classes

Applet

Interfaces

AppletContext

AppletStub

AudioClip

...

but you will not be able to expand to see subcategories below this level.

As of the current release of Domino Designer, you can restore full expansion by disabling the JIT; exit the

Designer and the Notes client, add the Notes.INI variable JavaEnableJIT=0, and and restart Notes.

This issue is expected to be addressed in the gold release of Domino Designer 8.

The Domino Domain Monitoring Common Action Remote Server Console does not enter the correct

server name in the Server textbox of the Remote Server

Console dialog box.

Domino Web Access issues

Domino Web Access, Domino for System i

DWA with Sametime chat/awareness only works with port 80

Sametime chat and awareness do not work with Domino Web Access when the HTTP server is

configured to use a port other than 80.

Workaround

Configure the HTTP server to listen on port 80.
