Location button is missing after switching from IBM Editors
The location button on the bottom right will disappear when closing an IBM Word Processing,
Presentation, or Spreadsheet tab. This can also happen if you switch to another tab such as Mail.
You can workaround this issue by selecting File -> Locations and selecting "Switch to Location" if you
need to change a location. Or you can restart the Notes client, and the location button will appear on the
bottom right again.

Notes fails to restart successfully after a crash
In some situations, after a Notes crash and subsequent run of NSD, Notes may fail to restart successfully.
When this happens, rather than restarting Windows, a manual NSD using the -kill option should be
executed. Complete the following steps:
1.
Open a Command Prompt window
2.
Change to the directory containing the Notes.ini file (Notes Program directory or Notes Data
directory in multi-user installations)
3.
Run the command "<NotesProgramDirectory>\nsd.exe -kill"
4.
Start Notes normally

Opening a file entry that is already open will show error dialog
If a file entry is already open, and a user attempts to open it again, an error dialog will display with a
message stating "An error occurred while opening file ... ". If such an error dialog is encountered, make
sure the file is not already open. This error dialog can be closed without incident.
