Lotus Notes
Error sometimes occurs when performing certain actions
An Error dialog sometimes displays when creating a new activity or adding an entry to an activity. Click
on the OK button in the dialog to clear the error, and the transaction will complete successfully.
Lotus Notes
Issues when adding several Notes documents to Activities
By default there is a limit of 25 documents that a user can drag-and-drop to the Activities sidebar at one
time, set by the ENV_WMCSELECTION_MAXDOCUMENTS variable in the Notes.INI file. Occasionally during
this operation a user may receive a message stating "An error occurred while performing drop" which
could be due to the amount of documents or content being brought over.
If this is the case the aformentioned .INI variable can be decreased to a smaller number to help alleviate
the problem.

Linux: Activities chat entries do not display embedded images
Embedded images in a chat entry for clients using the SLED 10 Linux platform will not display when
opened; an id for the image will display in its place. The embedded image is added as a response to the
chat entry. The workaround to view the image is to open the response file entry.
Lotus Notes
Long user name within a Group will not have access to activities
Users with a user name of 100 or more characters within a Group will not have access to activities to
which the Group has been assigned. The workaround is to add the user as an individual member to the
activity, or create a shorter user name for that user.
Lotus Notes
Open Activities windows will not close upon switching IDs
Switching an ID in the Lotus Notes client will close all open application windows except any open
Activities windows. Close any open Activities dialog windows prior to invoking "Switch ID" in the client.
Lotus Notes
Outline view display issue after manual refresh
The Outline view for Activities entries will display only 30 entries after a manual refresh action, even
though there may be more than 30 entries in the Activity. To work around this issue and correctly display
all entries, toggle back to the List view and then to Outline view again. The Outline view then will correctly
display all entries.
Lotus Notes
To Do items cannot be marked complete by assignees
To Do items may be assigned to members of an activity, however, if the assignee does not have owner
access to the activity (for example, only Author access), they will not be able to mark the To Do as
complete. The "Mark Complete" context menu choice will be available, but the To Do will continue to
display as incomplete. The workaround is to have an Owner mark the To Do as complete.
