the buttons are not active. To use these tools, you must install the standard configuration.

Lotus Notes
Japanese JIS2004 characters may not display properly on Win XP
Japanese JIS2004 characters may not display properly in Lotus Notes 8 running on Windows XP, unless
you do the following:
To enable JIS2004 support on Windows XP, do the following:
1.
Install the language support for Japanese on any non-Japanese version of Windows.
2.
Click Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options.
3.
On the Languages tab, check the "Install files for East Asian languages" check box.
4.
Install the JIS2004 support package from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/
