In the device settings, tap Battery > > Battery optimization.

3. Select the Optimize option, and then tap Done.
Device and battery safety
You should use only the battery that BlackBerry specifies for use with your particular BlackBerry device model. If you use
any other battery, you might invalidate any warranty provided with your device.
CAUTION: There is a risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect battery type. Do not try to replace your
nonremovable battery. Only qualified service personnel should perform repairs or battery replacements in your device.
Device and battery disposal
Please recycle your device and battery in accordance with your local regulations. Do not dispose of either your device or
battery in a fire. Your device or battery should not be placed in household waste bins. For information about returning your
device to BlackBerry for recycling and safe disposal, from a browser on your computer visit http://www.blackberry.com/
recycling. The recycling program is available only in certain areas.
View the safety, warranty, and privacy information for your device
Take a moment to review the license agreement, limited warranty, safety information, and privacy policies for your device.
These documents are available from your device settings screen. They contain important information about terms and
conditions of use, the battery, other important safety precautions, and warranty coverage.
To view BlackBerry's Privacy Policy, your device must be connected to the Internet.

fingers, or twice using one finger.

Users
About users
The users feature lets you share your device with others while keeping your personal or work information private. For
example, users that you add to your device can't access your info, such as your email, contacts, pictures, apps, and more.
By default, your device is set up with a device owner and a guest. You can also add more user profiles to your device.
To improve privacy between users, each user should set up a screen lock. A screen lock prevents another user from
accessing information in a dierent user profile.
