Top Producer for BlackBerry 109
• During background sync, the application can still be fully
used.
• If the background sync has failed, the home-screen icon
turns red
• If the background sync succeeds, the home-screen icon
turns green and a timestamp is generated
Note: The logs in the 7i Handheld Manager also
provide detailed information about each
sync operation. You can access the Sync
status menu from the Home screen’s tabs.
Working off-line Top Producer for BlackBerry provides you with the ability to
work off-line. To do this:
1From the Contact’s tab, select Work Off-line from
the menu.
