Heavy Duty Ramps
Rage Powersport’s manufacturing division can manufacture custom heavy
duty ramps or other products for many specic applications based on you
or your customers needs. If you need ramps for a specic trailer type, vehicle
type or other application, we can build ramps for almost every application.
We have the manufacturing capability to make almost any product out of
aluminum or steel and be able to substantially cut your manufacturing costs
and allow you to focus on marketing your products. We currently supply
custom made products to trailer companies, auto manufacturers, transpor-
tation companies and the
US Military. In house engi-
neering allows us to quickly
manufacture custom ramps
from 1,000 -140,000 lb
capacity and beyond and an
almost limitless number of
custom machined products.
Safely get a car o the ground 9.5” for repair, service, or show. 72” remov-
able ramps secure onto each platform to get even low prole vehicles up
in the air easily. Once on the platforms the ramps can be
removed allowing extra work space under the
vehicle. A stable platform base and
wheel stops at the end of the plat-
form helps reduce the risk of driving o
the end of the platform.

Low Profile Car Service Ramps
The Mini-Lift car ramps are designed to do what most standard car ramps
cannot, lift lower clearance vehicles like many of today’s sports cars. Two
models to choose from for most vehicle sizes. No more trying to struggle
getting a hydraulic jack under a lowered vehicle for service or scraping the
front clip of a lowered car with
standard car ramps. Raise even
the lowest of vehicles with
our “ML-1066”. All aluminum
construction and a 3000 lb load
capacity (1500 lbs ea.).

Plastic Mini Car Ramps are designed for long storage of vehicles and to lift
low prole vehicles high enough to get a oor jack or service lift under-
neath them. The quality plastic ramps have a
honeycomb design on the top to help prevent
moisture build up under the tires during
long storage periods. Plastic Mini Car
Ramps lift vehicles high enough to place
a oor jack or service lift underneath without
damaging a body kit.
Plastic Mini Car Ramps
Lightweight, all aluminum wheel risers have a huge 20,000 lb capacity and
only weigh 48 lbs each for portability. The surface of the
heavy duty wheel risers is made of cross bar plates
with a serrated traction surface. The service
ramps are 64” long allowing for use
with lower clearance trucks. These
service ramps can be used with
semi trucks, RVs, or other heavy duty
pneumatic wheeled vehicles.
Lightweight aluminum wheel risers have a large 7,000 lb capacity and only
weigh 32 lbs each. The surface of the heavy duty wheel risers is made of
cross bar plates with a serrated traction surface. These service ramps are 63”
long allowing for use with lower
clearance trucks.
