HAI maintains separate Dealer support and Distributor support websites that share
common oerings. To keep them secure, a user ID and password login is provided.
Dealers who have not yet been conrmed as HAI Listed Dealers can sll log in to the
Dealer support website as a Guest for a limited access view of all that is available.
Downloads
Download all product materials including owners manuals, installaon manuals
unavailable on the HAI public website, product technical sheets, and quick start
guides. Also available for download are all brochures, integraon notes for
Connecvity Partner products, manufacturer’s suggested retail price, minimum
adversed price (distributor support only), and return authorizaon forms.
Updates from HAI
Technical Advisories are important alerts regarding installaon issues, and
Technical Bullens are important alerts regarding product issues.
Dealers and Distributors each receive monthly newsleers, which bundle all of
the month’s notable informaon, including upcoming trade shows, new product
releases, training dates, technical support, and press releases.

HAI’s Knowledge Base at hp://kb.homeauto.com is composed of documents
formulated by HAI’s Technical Support team. The Knowledge Base is available for
24/7 support. HAI Listed Dealers and Distributors can access this resource via their
respecve support websites. HAI’s Online Forums also allow open sharing of ideas,
applicaons, and setups.
Training
HAI provides online training classes for convenient viewing by Dealers and
Distributors. Addionally, HAI oers Dealer and Distributor-only webinars.
