New products for 2011 include Hi-Fi 2 by HAI, an all-new

successor to our popular distributed audio system. The elegant Volume-Source

Control (VSC) now includes an OLED display for source, volume, bass, treble, loudness

and more. When used with a supported source like our Music Gateway, you even get

the arst and tle of the song playing, and the ability to skip to the previous or next

song! With more power, zones, and sources in a wall mounted amplier, Hi-Fi 2 is

the most compact system of its kind on the market – no audio rack required. And as

before, Hi-Fi 2 is so easy to use, anyone can enjoy it!

HAI has always believed that mobile access and control is fundamental to automaon,

starng with the early cell phones of 1988. HAI has apps for Android, iPhone,

iPod Touch, iPad, and Windows compung plaorms and web browsers, assuring

customers control over their property from virtually anywhere for energy savings,

surveillance, and convenience.

In the spirit of connuous improvement, we have added or enhanced oerings in our

Touchscreens, controllers, wireless product line, lighng controls, and cameras. HAI

has also expanded Internaonal oerings to include eight languages. There are even

anodized aluminum faceplate opons for a bold new look on our OmniTouch 5.7 and

5.7e Touchscreens!

SmartGrid Soluons connues to grow with substanal wins in ulity trials, as well as

Smart Energy cercaon and tesng with major meter and gateway manufacturers.

In 2011, we will release a new line of wireless energy management products using

industry standard home automaon proles.
