Channel Management
Delete a Channel
If you wish to delete a channel, do the following:
1. Right-Click on the Channel name at the top of the channel column.
2. Select Delete from the menu or press the [D] key on the keyboard (see
Figure 317).

3. Click the Yes button to confirm deletion of the channel.
Note Deleting a channel from the schedule deletes the channel from the DCM data-
base. It will no longer appear in the Channel List dialog when opening chan-
nels.
Update a Channel
Normally, channel updates occur automatically via the update schedule
defined for a server or group object in the Target Screen (see
Create a Server
Object on page 288 and Create a Group Object on page 293 for more informa-
tion). However; if the update is not scheduled to take place for several
hours (or days) and you have made changes to one or more channels (e.g.
added content to playlists, changed playlist start time, length, etc.) which
