Usingtheretractinglever,retractlowerbladeguardtoanupwardposition.Lowerrearof
shoeuntilbladeteethalmosttouchcuttingline.
Releasethebladeguard(itscontactwiththeworkwillkeepitinpositiontoopenfreelyas
youstartthecut).Removehandfromguardleverandfirmlygripsecondaryhandle(4),as
showninfigureN.Positionyourbodyandarmtoallowyoutoresistkickbackifitoccurs.
Makesurebladeisnotincontactwithcuttingsurfacebeforestartingsaw.
Startthemotor,allowsawtocometofullspeed,andthengraduallylowerthesawuntil
itsshoerestsflatonthematerialtobecut.Advancesawalongthecuttinglineuntilcutis
completedasshowninfigureN.
Releasetriggerandallowbladetostopcompletelybeforewithdrawingthebladefrom
thematerial.

TROUBLESHOOTING
