Setting Reader Type for an MRM-4 Personality
Module
Set the reader type using jumpers on the MRM-4. All readers have
jumpers W1, W2, and W3. If you are setting up a magstripe reader, open
W1 and W2. For Wiegand and proximity readers, close W1.
If the reader you are setting up is in a star configuration or is the last
reader on a multidrop line, close W3. Leave W3 open if the reader is not
the last one in a multidrop line.
