14. Remove sight glass. Remove threaded adapter from support and oat assembly.
15. If a thread sealant is required, apply appropriate sealer to male threads of adapter.
16. Screw adapter in to tank bung. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
17. Reinstall assembly into adapter. If you align the oat arm in step 5, you can use the slot in the
top of the disk as a guide to assure the oat arm clears the side of the tank and/or bafes.
18. Reinstall sight glass.
Daily
• Conrm sight glass is not
damaged.
Quarterly
• Remove gauge from tank and
conrm oat is not touching
bafes or sides of tank.
• Verify chain is free of twists or
tangles.
• Apply city, state, or federal testing
regulations as appropriate.
ANY TEST / INSPECTION
FAILURE REQUIRES IMMEDIATE
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT OR
REMOVAL FROM SERVICE.
