3.2. Bitdefender Central
3.2.1. How do I sign in to Bitdefender account with another
account?
You have created a new Bitdefender account and you want to use it from
now on.
To successfully sign in with another Bitdefender account:
1. Click on your account name in the upper part of the
Bitdefender interface.
2. Click Switch Account on the upper right corner of the screen to change
the account linked to the device.
3. Type the email address in the corresponding field, and then click NEXT.
4. Type your password, and then click SIGN IN.
Note
The Bitdefender product from your device automatically changes according
to the subscription associated to the new Bitdefender account.
If there is no available subscription associated to the new Bitdefender account,
or you wish to transfer it from the previous account, you can contact
Bitdefender for support as described in section
Asking for help (p. 296).
3.2.2. How do I turn off Bitdefender Central help messages?
To help you understand what each option in Bitdefender Central is useful
for, help messages are displayed in the dashboard.
If you wish to stop seeing this kind of messages:
1. Access
Bitdefender Central.
2. Click the icon in the upper right side of the screen.
3. Click My Account in the slide menu.
4. Click Settings in the slide menu.
5. Disable the Turn on/off help messages option.
