delivery overview
3.1. Delivery check
The wheelchair Pyro start is delivered in a cardboard pack-
aging and is ready for use. After unpacking please retain
the cardboard packaging if possible. You may need it later
for storage or for the return of the wheelchair.
The delivery and the introduction to the wheelchair are
carried out by qualified and authorised medical compa-
nies.
When dispatching the wheelchair by train or carriage it
has to be checked immediately after arrival in the delivery
person’s presence in order to confirm the safe delivery of
the product. In the unlikely case that there has been some
damage immediately contact our customer service number:
