Keep Hands Away From Blade Edge At All Times!

• Sharpen the blade periodically to ensure best slices.

• ALWAYS follow NSF requirements and state and local regulations when cleaning

and sharpening the slicer.

• ALWAYS wear protective gloves during sharpening process.

• Clean the blade.

• Assure the sharpener is in the zero position.
