Belt tightness adjustment and requirements
Loosen the 4 m6x16mm screws at the rear hook to adjust the
position and lock four screws.
Use a belt tension meter to measure the recommended range
of tension values (35-45LBS) according to the method below
Confirm that the indicator arm is fully
lowered. As shown in the picture, put your
index finger in the rubber finger ring or
above the hand pressure spring plate.
Place the Krikit gauge on top of the belt, and
then place the gauge in the middle of the full
length of the belt, making sure that the edge
of the gauge is close to the belt.
Press the spring plate of the tester until it
clicks. Be sure to use only one finger.
Rotate the crank 1/4 turn, then repeat the
previous steps 1 to step 4. Repeat the
rotation and measure 3 times or more.
The measurement point is the intersection of
line A and line B. The displayed tension gauge
reading is: 20 KG (40 LBS)
