SHOCK TRACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 Selecting a Charger: Solar Charger CHGSLR740 covers up to 300 linear feet of track and lead wire. (when using solar charger make sure there is southern exposure.) Direct Charger CHGAC750 covers up to 500 linear feet of track and lead wire. (Must be protected from the elements placed in a BirdB Gone waterproof box model CHGACBOX.) Super Charger Direct CHGACBFC covers up to 2000 linear feet of track and lead wire.
SHOCK TRACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Step 2 Preparing Surface for Installation: Remove all loose debris and bird droppings. Surface should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using BirdBGone’s Disinfectant DISSQ8. SHOCK TRACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Step 4 Installing Shock Track Mounting Clips: Install Shock Track Mounting Clips before installing the Shock Attach Mounting Clips Every 3 Feet. Mounting Clips ¨ Be sure to use a polyurethane adhesive to secure Shock Track to the mounting surface. Approximately 1 tube per 25 feet of track. Screw or glue mounting clips every three feet on mounting surface. Place a dab of adhesive to top of clip and insert track.
SHOCK TRACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Step 5 Attaching Shock Track to the Mounting Clips: · Unroll Shock Track and start attaching to the mounting clips. · Begin attaching track at the end farthest from the charger. 6 · Do not leave spaces on either “end” of the ledge or surface that Shock track is treating, as this will provide an area for birds to sit. · Glue and Snapfit the Shock Track down into each mounting clip. · Glue remaining track (between mounting clips).

Slide end of Shock Track into Connector Base; Slide end of new track into other side of connector base. 2. Snap top of Shock Track Connector in place (apply pressure to insure full contact of pins) 3. Apply Adhesive under connection and under rest of Shock Track. Attaching TConnections: 1.

SHOCK TRACK INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WARNING – TO ENSURE SYSTEM SAFETY AND INTEGRITY Be sure to mount Warning Labels in areas where they are clearly visible to anyone who may come in contact with the Shock Track Electric Track System. Do not use more than one energizer (Solar or Direct Charge) on the same run of the Shock Track system.
