Make sure that you have the latest game patch and latest drivers for your GeForce.
Try setting your desktop colour depth to 16-bit before starting the game.

NVIDIA drivers above 6.xx may cause problems with environmental mapping and shadows. Currently the only
way to solve it is to launch a level twice (although the problem does not manifest itself in multiplayer mode).

If you find that Shogo does not show the movies or the game menu, try enabling 'Triple Buffer' and 'Poly
Gap Fixing' in the Advanced Options menu.
