NVIDIA describe three main new features in this version:

Performance increases of up to 50%

Highly optimized DirectX and OpenGL pipelines

New OpenGL 1.3 ICD with NVIDIA extensions
When you use the Hebrew regional settings inside Windows with these drivers and later, you may
not see all the text in the display adaptor control panel.


23.11 - These drivers are the latest officially released drivers.
Some control panel options (including the Direct3D Enable Alternative Depth Buffering Technique
checkbox) are no longer available in these and later drivers.
