other legal or equitable theory, and you
hereby irrevocably waive all claims to that
effect. Excluded damages shall include, but
not be limited to, product (re-)installation
expenses, loss of anticipated benefits, profits,
savings or revenue, loss of goodwill, business
interruption damages, loss of time or use of
the product, any third party claim, and injury
to property, even if Biocomfort knew of the
likelihood of such damage.
The maximum liability of Biocomfort, its
parent company, affiliates, and suppliers with
respect to all applicable express and implied
warranties shall not exceed the purchase
price amount paid for the Biocomfort
product. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of special, incidental,
consequential or indirect damages, so the
above limitation and exclusion may not
apply to you.
