The insecticide dissolved in water moves down through the soil,
where it is absorbed by the roots. Once absorbed, it moves up
through the tree or shrub providing year-long listed insect
protection. This product even moves into new growth after
application, thus protecting it, too! For listed insect control, the
insecticide must distribute completely through the tree or shrub.
Depending on the size and health of the plant, this may take one
week to three months (for very large trees). Rain or water cannot
wash o this internal protection. In addition to listed insect
protection, a slow release nitrogen fertilizer is supplied for the
tree or shrub.

Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin.
•
Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing.
•
Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum,
using tobacco, or using the toilet. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
•
Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants, socks, shoes, and chemical resistant gloves made out of
waterproof material.
•
This pesticide is toxic to aquatic invertebrates.
•
To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run o into storm drains, drainage
ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted
for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide o the
treatment area. Sweeping any product that lands on a driveway, sidewalk, or street, back onto the
treated area of the lawn or garden will help to prevent run o to water bodies or drainage systems.
Store in original container in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of
children, preferably a locked storage cabinet.

Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.

If empty:
•
Non-rellable container. Do not rell or reuse container.
•
Rinse the empty product container thoroughly and disperse the rinse water around
trees or shrubs as part of application.
•
Place empty container in trash or oer for recycling if available.
If partly lled:
•
Call your local solid waste agency or toll free 1-877-229-3724 for disposal instructions.
•
Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
Additional Directions:
•
Water in granules immediately after application with enough
water to dissolve the granules and cause the soil to be wet to a
depth of 3-4 inches. With watering, granules will slowly dissolve
to release the insecticide and fertilizer into the soil.
•
Pull back mulch and weed barrier before application.
•
Use this product as part of an overall tree and shrub health care
program before problems start preferably in the fall. However,
this product can be applied anytime except when the soil is
waterlogged or frozen. These conditions inhibit the movement
of the product down into the root zone. During prolonged dry
periods, saturate the soil around the tree or shrub well with water
the night before making an application.
•
For severe infestations, treat with a foliar insecticide such as
BioAdvanced™ Science-Based Solutions 3 in 1 Insect, Disease & Mite
Control, then use this product as part of a routine care program.

El insecticida disuelto en agua se moviliza por el suelo, donde se
absorbe por la raíz. Una vez absorbido, se mueve por el árbol o
arbusto y brinda protección durante un año contra los insectos
enumerados en la lista. Este producto incluso se introduce en el
crecimiento nuevo después de su aplicación, protegiéndolo también.
Para control de insectos enumerados, el insecticida debe
distribuirse completamente por el árbol o arbusto. Dependiendo
del tamaño y la salud de la planta, esto puede llevar de una semana
a tres meses (para árboles grandes). El agua o la lluvia no puede
lavar esta protección interna. Además de la protección contra los
insectos enumerados, se provee un fertilizador de nitrógeno de
liberación lenta para árboles y arbustos.

:
•
Regar los gránulos inmediatamente después de la aplicación
con suciente agua como para disolver los gránulos y hacer que
el suelo se humedezca a una profundidad de 3-4 pulgadas. Con
agua, los gránulos se disolverán para liberar el insecticida y el
fertilizante en el suelo.
•
Retirar la barrera de malezas y mantilla antes de la aplicación.
•
Usar este producto como parte de un programa general de
atención de la salud del árbol y del arbusto antes de que aparezcan
los problemas, preferentemente en otoño. Sin embargo, este
producto puede aplicarse en cualquier momento excepto cuando
el suelo está congelado o inundado. Estas condiciones inhiben el
movimiento del producto hasta la zona de la raíz. Durante periodos
prolongados de sequía, saturar el suelo con agua bien alrededor
del árbol o arbusto la noche anterior a la aplicación.
•
En caso de infestaciones graves, tratar con un insecticida foliar
tal como BioAdvanced™ Science-Based Solutions 3 in 1 Insect,
Disease & Mite Control; luego usar este producto como parte de
un programa de rutina de atención de la planta
Si está vacío:
•
Contenedor no reusable. No volver a llenar ni utilizar este contenedor.
•
Enjuagar bien el contenedor vacío del producto y dispersar el agua de enjuague alrededor de los
árboles y arbustos como parte de la aplicación.
•
Colocar el contenedor vacío en la basura o entregarlo para reciclar si fuera posible.
Si está parcialmente lleno:
•
Llamar a la agencia local de residuos sólidos o al número gratuito 1-877-229-3724 para solicitar
indicaciones para la eliminación.
•
Nunca colocar el producto sin utilizar debajo de algún desagüe interno o externo.
Almacenar en el contenedor original y en un lugar fresco y seco, fuera del alcance de los niños,
preferentemente en un armario bajo llave.
•
Es perjudicial si se ingiere o absorbe por la piel.
•
Evitar el contacto con la piel, los ojos o la ropa.
•
Lavar
cuidadosamente con agua y jabón luego de manipularlo y antes de comer, beber, masticar goma de mascar,
usar tabaco o ir al baño. Quitar y lavar la ropa contaminada antes de volver a usar.
•
Use camisa manga
larga y pantalones largos, calcetines, zapatos y guantes resistentes a químicos hechos de material impermeable.
•
Llamar inmediatamente a un médico o a un centro de control de envenenamiento para consultas
sobre el tratamiento.
•
Hacer que la persona beba tragos de agua, si puede tragar.
•
No inducir el
vómito a menos que lo indique el médico o el centro de control de envenenamiento. • No administrar
nada por boca a una persona inconsciente.
•
Quitar la ropa contaminada.
•
Enjuagar la piel inmediatamente con abundante agua durante
15 a 20 minutos.
•
Llamar a un médico o a un centro de control de envenenamiento para consultas
sobre el tratamiento.
NOTA: Tener a mano el contenedor o la etiqueta del producto al llamar a un centro de control de
envenenamiento o a un médico, o al concurrir a un tratamiento.

•
Este pesticida es tóxico para los invertebrados acuáticos.
•
Para proteger el medio ambiente, no
permitir que el pesticida ingrese o se escurra en las bocas de tormenta, zanjas, alcantarillas o aguas
superciales. Aplicar este producto cuando el clima esté calmo y no haya probabilidad de lluvia para
las 24 horas siguientes ayudará a garantizar que el viento o la lluvia no dispersen o escurran el pesticida
del área de tratamiento. Barrer el producto que haya caído en una carretera, acera o camino hacia el
área tratada del césped o jardín ayudará a evitar que ingrese en cursos de agua o sistemas de desagüe.
NOTA: Es posible que, a pesar de la aplicación de este producto, los árboles muy infectados no sobrevivan
debido al estrés y al daño ocasionado por pestes.
