Enter exchange code

If your base station is connected to a PABX system you may have to dial an exchange code as a

prefix code for placing external calls. Please refer to the operating instructions for more details.

If you have programmed this exchange code in your DECT80 and this code is recognized by your

DECT80 at the beginning of a number, a pause is inserted automatically after the exchange code!

Press Menu, select Settings and press OK.

Select and press OK.

Enter the code number and press OK to confirm.

Before you consider using your DECT80 with a PABX system, check whether that system

accommodates DTMF dialing and FLASH! You can change the flash duration under

“Settings/Base/Flash time”, see page 60.

Setting the wallpaper

You can select a background for the idle display. Four different wall paper types are available.

Press Menu, select Display and press OK.

Select and press OK.

Select the wallpaper you wish to use or select „None" and then press OK to

confirm.
