If you press the 0 key se ve ral ti mes, you are shown the

spe ci al cha rac ters avai la ble and their cur rent po si ti on on

the key pad. Each time you press the 0 key, you are

shown up to 4 lay ers. Then press one of the keys 0 to

9 to en ter the cha rac ter dis play ed. Wait un til the cur sor

has mo ved on to the next field be fo re en te ring the next cha -

rac ter. On ly the cur rent cha rac ter can be seen and the cha -

rac ters al rea dy en te red are co ver ed with an as te risk.

Ex am ple: Press the 0 key on ce fol lo wed by the 6 key,

the @ cha rac ter is ap plied.
