3.5.4 FAQ and troubleshooting
System
There is no response from the photo frame and the
system cannot restart automatically.
• Press the
button on the remote control to
power off and press it again to restart the
system.
• Unplug the power cable and then reconnect the
power.
Wi-Fi
®
connection
The photo frame cannot connect to Wi-Fi network.
• Verify the access point you are connecting to is
active and working properly.
• The photo frame only supports 802.11b/g
wireless network.
• For technical support, contact your network
administrator or network service provider.
Account configurations
I have configured my Picasa
™
account in Account
Cfg in the Wi-Fi menu, but still cannot access my
Picasa account in Wi-Fi List.
• Make sure you have entered the account and
password correctly. For the “Account” field, you
only need to enter the account name. (A full
email address is not required.)
• Make sure there is no extra space in the fields.
I have configured my Flickr
®
account in Account
Cfg in the Wi-Fi menu, but still cannot access my
Flickr account in Wi-Fi List.
• Make sure you have entered the correct email
address in the “Email Adr:” field. A full email
address is required, including @yahoo.com or
others.
• Make sure there is no extra space in the field.
