Outgoing messages
The outgoing message (OGM) is what callers hear when
the machine answers their calls. There are two OGMs:
■
OGM1 asks the caller to leave a message. The
machine has a default OGM1: “I cannot answer your
call right now. Please leave a message after the tone” or
you can record your own OGM1.
■
OGM2 asks the caller to call back later but does not
give them the opportunity to leave a message. The
machine has a default OGM2: “Please call later”
or you can record your own OGM2.
The OGMs you record can be up to 60 seconds long.
