SM - Stop Move
Compatibility: Q drives only
See also: AM, DE, JL, SK, ST, QK commands
Stops any type of move in progress* such as FL or CJ. This command acts like the ST (Stop) command except it will not stop a
wait operation (like WD, WI, WP, or WT) and it can be part of a stored Q program. The contents of the queue are not affected by
the SM command
* = Exception: SH
NOTE: Requires Multi-Tasking to be enabled (MT1). By default Motion-Tasking is disabled, which means the current
move must complete before any subsequent buffered command (such as SM) can execute. With Multi-Tasking
enabled, subsequent commands may be processed while a move is in progress and the SM command will execute
properly.
