Connection:
Always On: Check Enable to allow the router automatically reconnects the connection
when ISP disconnects it.
Keep Alive: Check Enable to allow the router to send message out every 30sec to
prevent the connection being dropped by ISP.
Connection on Demand: If you want to establish a 3G session only when there is a
packet requesting access to the Internet. In this mode, you must set Idle Timeout value
at same time.
Idle Timeout: Auto-disconnect the broadband firewall gateway when there is no
activity on the line for a predetermined period of time. The idle timeout value is not
allowed to be set under 10 seconds. Default is 600 seconds.
Obtain DNS Automatically: Select this check box to activate DNS automatically.
Primary DNS/ Secondary DNS: Enter the IP addresses of the DNS servers. The DNS
servers are passed to the DHCP clients along with the IP address and the Netmask.
Note: If you don’t know how to set these parameters, please keep them untouched.
