3.4.3.3.1 General Configuration
This screen contains some basic settings for the VoIP Module.
SIP: Enable/Disable to use SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) as VoIP call signaling protocol. You need to
enable SIP in order to make or receive SIP calls.
SIP Registration: Enable/Disable to register a SIP account in the SIP server (refer Service Provider
section below) or not.
Local SIP Port: Enter the local SIP port, which the device uses to listen incoming requests. (Range from
5000 to 65535, default value is 5060)
Start Media Port: It is known as RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) port, provide the base value from
the media (RTP) ports that are assigned for various endpoints and the different call sessions that may
exist within an end-point. (Range from 5000 to 65535, default value is 5000)
Interface To Use: Select the PVC line which you uses to connect to the Internet.
Service Provider To Use: Select your service provider or click on “Update Service Provider” to do the
configuration. Details are illustrated below.
Login Account To Use: Select login account you want to use or click on “Update User Login Account”
for more configuration. Details are illustrated below.
