STORAGE
Store your Bigfish folding bike under
shelter, keep it in a dry location away from
the weather and the sun. Avoid leaving
it in the rain or exposed to corrosive
substances.
Before storing your Bigfish folding bike
for a long period of time, clean it well.
Deflate the tyres to half pressure and
hang it off the ground. Please notice
that your warranty does not cover rust,
corrosion, paint damage or theft.
Always store the battery in a fully charged
condition, in a dry and well ventilated
place. When the battery is not in use
for an extended period of time, remove
the battery from the battery holder for
storage.
The battery and charger should be kept in
storage in a clean, dry and well ventilated
place. Avoid contact with corrosive
substances and keep the battery away
from excessive heat and/or open flames.
The charger should be disconnected from
the battery when it is kept in storage.
The bike is not to be stored with the
battery in sleep mode. Be sure to turn the
power switch “OFF” when the bike is not
in use.
If the battery is stored for a long time
(more than 3 months ) in either an empty
or not fully charged condition, the long
term battery performance may reduce.
If you plan to store the battery for very
long periods, then fully recharge it every
3 months.
SPARE PARTS
It is recommended to use only appropriate
spare parts (tyres, tubes, brake-friction
components ...). If you are not confident
about what size or type of component
you require as a replacement, seek advice
from your Bigfish dealer or contact us at
info@bigfishbike.com.
