 Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners or detergents to clean your bamboo floor.
Avoid cleaning agents containing wax, oil or polish.
 Do not use a stream cleaner to clean floor surface.
 Rearrange rugs and furniture periodically to avoid uneven color and shade changes
from light exposure.
 Keep pets nails trimmed to prevent scratching of floor surface.
 Do not use vacuum cleaner with beater or rotary brush head to clean floor surface.
Bamboo Flooring Warranty

40 Year Limited Warranty for Wear and Finish.
 Lifetime Structural Warranty.

If within 40 years from date of purchase, Big Mountain Bamboo Flooring fails due to
a defect in materials or workmanship, contact your nearest store to arrange for
return of product to Manufacturer. Original receipt must be retained to validate
proof of purchase. Warranty excludes incidental/consequential damages and
failures due to improper installation, misuse, abuse or normal wear.
 Exclusions From Warranty Coverage
-Damages resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance or accidents.
-Gloss or sheen reduction or discoloration from heat, sunlight or artificial light.
-Damages result from improper installation or construction.
-Damage caused by water or excessive moisture on floor, in subfloor or underneath
floor. Water damage caused by flooding, prolonged exposure to standing water or
leaking pipes.
-Floors recoated or where original finish has been compromised.

If a claim is accepted under this warranty, Big Mountain Bamboo will replace
flooring material only. If your floor was professionally installed, reasonable labor
costs for repair or replacement. We will replace or repair a floor one time. If
replacement or repair fails in the same manner a second time, we will conclude site
conditions may not be acceptable for installation of bamboo flooring.
