FAN INSTALLATION
2. Wire fan
WARNING
Disconnect power to fan location before wiring fan.
Do not connect fan to a damaged power source. Do not attempt to resolve
electrical failures on your own. Consult a qualified electrician if uncertain of the
electrical installation of this fan.
Connect wires from mounting bracket to supply power wires (Fig. 2). Carefully tuck
wiring into outlet box or building structure so that only the wiring harness is hanging
out. Ensure wire connectors are turned upward and that wires are spread apart
with grounded conductors on one side of the outlet box/mounting structure and
ungrounded conductors on the other side.
